membership or journal order). For multiple horses please complete each order separately
and mail or fax any additional papers required, with reference made to this order.
PEDIGREES Only Available on NFQHA Reseached Horses - please call office for availability on non-NFQHA Certified horses.
RESEARCH/CERTIFICATION FEES NFQHA Member must provide a copy of the horse's AQHA papers showing
member as owner by mail or fax to complete research transaction. (Please
reference this web order when sending in copies of horse's papers.)
